About the Owners:
The GD&K Group was founded by Szymon Duda and Henryk Gaertner.
Szymon Duda
Graduate of the Krakow University of Technology (Department of Architecture and Urban Planning). Prior to founding the GD&K Group, Szymon Duda worked for architecture studios in Krakow, Berlin and Paris where he gained extensive experience in project design as well as organization of work.
Szymon Duda has been personally involved in the creation of Off White, a trendsetter in its class. His attention to the quality of the projects implemented by the GD&K Group has resulted in the group enjoying a deservedly high opinion. He is fluent in English, German and French.
Henryk Gaertner
Henryk Gaertner is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, where he completed Medicine in 1994 and Law in 1997. From 2001 - 2003 he worked for the American law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges in their Warsaw branch. From 2003, parallel to his activities in the GD&K Group, he has been a partner in the law firm Kubas, Kos, Gaertner - Adwokaci.
Henryk Gaertner is a renowned expert specializing in real estate and project financing. His extensive legal knowledge and wide experience in handling complicated real-estate transactions have helped in setting corporate and legal standards of the GD&K Group. He is fluent in English, German and Russian.
About the Designer:
Wojciech Stanczykiewicz was educated at Statens Handverke og Kunstindustri Skole in Oslo. He is an experienced gold and silversmith, product and interior designer, and architect.
Wojciech Stanczykiewicz has established and managed a design studio in Copenhagen specializing in jewelry and industrial design. Cooperating with GD&K Group he has developed a new interior & furniture standard for DB PBC.
As an architect, he is also the design director of Ovotz design Lab. He has created Meduza A class office building in Krakow and Off White business & leisure apart hotel in Krakow, Park Inn Hotel interiors in Ostrava, Park Inn Hotel interiors in Prague and many others interior designs. He is fluent in English and Danish.
